9/11 Anniversary Five Days Ahead.

What Are They Up To Amid Ominous Silence?

Continuing the Search for MH370. As noted in the last entry, my novel Vanished Flight 777 is intended as an entertaining thriller and, more importantly, a thought experiment. The Australian government, along with other nations, continues to search for a downed plane in the southern Indian Ocean. Like many loose ends, I thought the continuing partial satellite contacts through, and explained it away as a deliberate effort by the putative hijackers of MH370 to throw the world off the real trail. In the novel, I allude to the tracking boxes on the plane being detached at the Burma refueling point, and flown south over the Indian Ocean in a separate aircraft to create a false trail. This is all a what if and a conjectural outcome. It may well be that Flight MH370 slumbers at the bottom of the Indian Ocean a few hundred miles west of Perth.

Or it may be that it is, as suggested in my novel, hidden somewhere and being weaponized for a horrific attack on a major Western target. The anti-Western movement appears to have considerable resources available, including the covert support of many dishonest and cynical wealthy individuals who profit from the oil business (and other world markets) while secretly lusting for the West to get a black eye or be destroyed. As we see from the increasing number of non-Arab, non-Muslim supporters of this psychotic fad, a violent craziness brings a lot of cockroaches out of the woodwork. We see plenty of that with domestic conspiracy cults inside the United States of an apocalyptic, pseudo-Christian origin (e.g., David Koresh at Waco, Jim Jones in British Guyana, and many others).

Anniversaries—9/11 Anyone? The aircraft seems to have been hijacked (if that is what happened) just before the anniversary of Osama bin Laden's killing by U.S. commandos on 2 May 2011. The major anniversary coming up, as I write this, is 11 September 2001, now less than a week in the future. Would it not be a grandiose gesture by these homicidal lunatics to fly a weaponized MH370 or some other 777 or Airbus (whatever) into a target whose destruction will never be forgotten. Candidate targets are mentioned in my novel, but the real prize appears toward the novel's climax, and I'll let you read it for that shocking idea. If we are at all wise, let's put nothing past these people. Mass murder, torture, and the destruction of civilization is all they live for. In fact, they have some crazed belief that they will die and then have sex with dozens of virgins (whether male or female is not clear). There are obviously a lot of nuts and bolts rattling around in those empty skulls, along with a terminal hate whose signature is to be written in our blood if we let them.
